Return Policy

We want your experience with GLOBAL STANDARD to feel effortless. Please read the return process below before sending any item back.

How Returns Work

To request a return, please contact us at stuff@wearglobalstandard.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and a short reason for the return so we can review your request quickly.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. We will not accept returns after this window.

Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions and a prepaid USPS return label.

Please wait for approval before sending anything back.

After receiving the label, securely repackage the item and ensure the label is properly attached. We may schedule a USPS pickup for your package, or provide instructions for a drop-off location based on your address.

Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Return Condition Guidelines

Items should be returned in new, unworn condition with original tags and packaging. Please avoid washing, altering, or damaging the item prior to return.

If a return arrives in a condition that does not match the guidelines, we may be unable to issue a refund or exchange.

Refunds

A refund will be issued once your package is received and the return is confirmed and processed.

If you cancel an order before it ships, a refund will be issued.
